What's My Home Worth?

La Crescenta-Montrose

La Crescenta-Montrose

La Crescenta, known as “The Balcony of Southern California,” is a neighborhood nested at the base of the Angeles National Forest. If you are on the 210 freeway traveling west, the area begins at La Crescenta Ave. and ends at Lowell Ave. The neighborhood still feels like a sleepy mountain community, even though it long time ago matured into a suburb for neighboring Glendale.

Glendale is a sprawling, freeway-accessible suburb that balances quiet residential areas with buzzing commercial zones. The Americana mall features high-end retailers, eateries and apartments ringed around a lawn and an animated fountain. The Verdugo Mountains offer hiking, while the Brand Library and Art Center occupies an elegant 1904 mansion in the foothills. Glendale is also home to a thriving Armenian community.

Burbank is a city in Los Angeles County, California, in the southeastern end of the San Fernando Valley, 12 miles northwest of downtown Los Angeles. Burbank is a city built by People, Pride, and Progress. These three ingredients turned a tiny, rural town into the thriving community it is today.

La Cañada

La Cañada Flintridge is a city in Los Angeles County, California, with a population of 20,246 in 2010. It is located in the Crescenta Valley and far western end of the San Gabriel Valley, to the northwest of Pasadena.

Pasadena is a city in California, northeast of downtown Los Angeles. In the center, Old Pasadena is a shopping and dining district known for its Victorian and art deco buildings. The strikingly modern Norton Simon Museum houses notable European and Asian art, plus a sculpture garden.

Eagle Rock

Eagle Rock

Eagle Rock is an eclectic neighborhood northeast of Downtown, with working class roots and a hip, laid-back vibe. Vintage shops, coffeehouses, Southern-inspired diners and old-school Italian joints line commercial strips that surround quaint residential blocks. A retro-cool bowling alley and Occidental College, a small liberal arts school, liven up the area, along with several craft beer–focused watering holes.

Los Feliz

Los Feliz is a relaxed hillside enclave that draws both established and up-and-coming creative types. There are plenty of old-school watering holes, hip shops and cafes, plus the Vista Theatre, a 1923 movie palace, and a pair of exemplary Frank Lloyd Wright homes. The neighborhood borders sprawling Griffith Park, beloved by locals for its hiking, concerts at the Greek Theatre and stargazing at Griffith Observatory.
Studio City

Studio City

Studio City, just over the hill from the Hollywood bustle, is a quaint neighborhood with tree-lined residential streets and trendy dining. Lively Ventura Boulevard offers several classic sushi houses, plus small-plates spots and stylish gastropubs. Locals hit Wilacre Park for woodsy hiking trails with panoramic Valley views. The CBS Studio Center dates back to silent film era and gives the neighborhood its name.
